DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within Malaysia):

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3–5 working days.

  • Hand-Embroidered/Custom Products: Due to the artisanal nature of these items, they will be shipped within 10–15 working days.

  • Logistics: We partner with leading local logistics providers. If your address (including remote areas in Sabah or Sarawak) is in a location not traditionally served by our partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If we offer COD services, a non-refundable convenience fee may apply at checkout. Please note that COD is subject to availability based on your postcode.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are proud to offer worldwide shipping from our headquarters in Malaysia.

  • Processing Time: Prepaid international orders are typically shipped within 10–14 working days. Hand-embroidered or custom products will be shipped within 14–20 working days.

  • Shipping Charges: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

  • Delivery Estimates: While we aim to meet all estimates, these are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier-specific issues.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For all international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these costs before placing an order.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES: In certain cases, additional charges may be incurred after the order is placed, including:

  • Address Corrections: If you provide an incorrect address and a correction is needed after the parcel has left our facility, any rerouting fees will be billed to you.
